My favourite store to shop at for my boys, by far, is Old Navy!
So I’m super excited to share pictures and my experiences with Old Navy!
This definitely isn’t my first time shopping with them (and won’t be my last)!
So let’s talk about why I love shopping at Old Navy for myself and my family.
What Is It About Old Navy That I Love??
- Prices are fantastic! Old Navy also has a sale/clearance section on their website where you can find the best deals!
- Clothes fit true to size! I have never had an issue with sizing for my boys.
- I can rely on the great reviews online. If you are unsure about how something might fit you, so many of Old Navy’s customers have left wonderful reviews with pictures of how their clothes fit on their specific body type!
- Customers can use coupons or Old Navy cash at checkout!
The best part – I can do this all from my computer, tablet, or cellphone!
Lockdown in our area or not, as a mom of two young boys, it’s difficult enough getting out of the house!

Wear & Tear
Like I said previously, I have purchased several items of clothing from different retailers.
Old Navy is my favourite for wear and tear!
If you’re going to dry the clothes in your dryer, do expect a small bit of shrinkage (like most clothing).
However, overall, I find Old Navy’s clothing lasts forever.
Their colours also stay nice and bright!
The Haul
Every Spring, I know it’s time to buy my almost 4 year old a new wardrobe.
This means comfy clothes for school, short sleeved tops for the coming summer, shorts, swim wear, underwear, etc.

We are lucky that I have several baby/toddler items that I can use for Theodore again.
He does however usually need some new pyjamas or a couple of new shorts here and there.

When Joseph goes to JK full-time in the fall, I’ll be sure to buy him some uniform tops/pants from Old Navy as well!
During my time as an ECE, so many parents told me that the best place to shop for uniform items was at Old Navy.
I can’t wait for this fall.
It will be bittersweet that my preschooler will be a full time student, but I can’t wait to see what he looks like in his new uniform!
